We have been simply two miles south-west of the new £28 million pound English history Stonehenge Visitor Centre and 3 miles west of Stonehenge and its own stunning landscape, handled because of the National Trust. We sit an easy nine kilometers north-west of Salisbury, only outside Winterbourne Stoke (see chart below).

Do not confuse our exceptional area with other campsites which offer close access to Stonehenge, like Brades Acre (7 kilometers) or Stonehenge Touring Park (6 miles) or Coombe Down (9 miles). We have been the closest campsite to Stonehenge.
We're about an hour from the M25, Newbury, Swindon, Bristol, Taunton and only 40 moments from Southampton & Bournemouth. In a nutshell, we have been within a straightforward hour's drive other places of interest to campers and glampers alike. We offer an amazing location for a 3-day short break or weekly's camping as part of a trip.
From Stonehenge Visitor Centre - head south on A360 and west on A303 for 1 mile. Use the first left after Winterbourne Stoke onto B3083 and head south for 1/2 mile. The campsite is on left (drive time approx. 5 - 10 minutes).
From Wylye - head east on A303 towards London for 4 kilometers and then just take 1st correct onto B3083, going south. The campsite is 1/2 mile from the remaining (drive time approx. 5 mins).
From Salisbury - mind north-west on A360 Devizes roadway for 6 kilometers. At A303 roundabout take the first exit left, proceeding west onto A303 for just two kilometers. Use the 2nd left onto B3083 and head south. The campsite is ½ mile on the left (drive time approx. 15 minutes).
